At the HealthHub Kingsbridge, Pilates is delivered exclusively by qualified physiotherapists, making it fundamentally different from most Pilates classes near you, yogalates classes near you, or general exercise classes. This is clinical Pilates, informed by physiotherapy assessment, movement analysis, and evidence-based rehabilitation.

Your instructor isn’t just teaching Pilates exercises — they are continually assessing posture, joint control, muscle activation, and movement patterns to ensure every exercise is appropriate for your body.
